The searching of generalizing of social innovation and innovation culture: The exampe of Elazıg province

Today, as the importance given to social innovation increases day by day, the level of awareness on public servants of social innovativeness and innovation culture is determined and disseminated, and with the work done, public servants are able to make more successful, innovative investments in their business areas and have higher social skills and innovation abilities. as individuals who are responsible for their own lives. It is very important for the public servants in Turkey to participate in social innovation and to reveal the social innovativeness and the viewpoint of the innovation culture and also to determine the problems that the public servants have in the social innovation applications and to develop the solution proposals.. The aim of this research is to reach a solution to the problem by identifying the situations of awareness about the culture of social innovation and innovation, what needs to be done to disseminate innovation and the problems faced.
