The transformation that occurs in cities is generally read through interaction of people in the space. At a more specific level, the sociological analyzes of Henri Lefebvre and Michel De Certeau were used for the analysis of space. The sociological analyzes of Pierre Bourdieu were used for the analysis of the individual's capital in everyday life. Migration caused by deep political and social conflicts in the 1990s led to a significant change in the spaces of Siirt.
