Abstract (TR)
Bu çalışmanın amacı 20nci yüzyılın sosyal olgulanyla etkileşim halinde olan çizgi-romanlann sosyolojik analizini yapmaktır. Popüler kültür bu çağın modem -hatta post modern- insanının sosyolojik formasyonunu açımlayan bir anahtar sözcük olarak alınmıştır. Aynı zamanda çizgi- romanın bu yüzyıl boyunca geçirdiği biçimsel ve kavramsal evrim de tez boyunca sunulmuştur. Özellikle üzerinde durulan "genre" "süper- kahramanlar", çizgi-romanlann geçirdiği bu evrimi göstermesi nedeniyle üzerinde yoğunlaşılan noktalardan biridir.
