The social and cultural effect of cultural globalization on Republic of Kazakhstan in the post Soviet period

Modern Kazakhstani society is undergoing significant transformations in various areas of its life. Along with the ongoing political and economic transformations, Kazakhstani society is undergoing tangible qualitative changes in the cultural sphere. There are elements of political structure in any country, such as history, language, culture and religion, which evoke strong feelings and are symbols of the identity of a country or nation, if these elements are invaded, then the value orientations of a significant part of the population will shift. Currently, we are witnessing in Kazakhstan the process of transition from the Soviet supra-ethnic identity, on the one hand, to the national identity, and to the transformation towards a new hybrid identity model, on the other hand, which is caused by both internal and external factors of the influence of foreign states (Russia, USA, Turkey, China and South Korea). The reason for the changes in the structure of the attitudes of the population of Kazakhstan in many respects is the influence of cultural globalization processes in this region, as a result of which new identification models and new forms of social relations arise.
