Abstract (EN)
The Kygryzstan State has been established as one of the new Turkish States after the collapse of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republic ( USSR). Although the Kygryzstan does not have a big area, it is surrounded with the neighbouring countries such as the East Turkystan State ( the ) on the East, the Uzbekstan State on the West, the Kazakhstan State on the North and the Tajikstan State on the South.Geographically, The Kygryzstan State is made up of five main regions which are Bishkek, Ysyk ?Kol, Tien Shan, Jalal-Abad and Osh . The total area of its comprises 198.500 sp km as land and 8.150 sq km as water with the population of 5,18 million. Bishkek is the capital of the Kygryzstan StateThe Kygryzstan State has showed lots of effort to catch both the level of modernization and resconstruction with its culturel, social, political and economical dimensions.Fort hat reason, on one hand, she has tried very much to develop its relationship with Turkey and its neighbours since her independance, on the other hand, she has used up great effort to put forward new projects on religion, culture, tradition and national values on the way of democracy from the communist Soviet Union.The Kyrgyzstan State has gotten great breakthrough on industry, agriculture,tourism and using underground sources during the time of Mr. Aksar Akayev after its independance.Although The Kyrgyzstan State recently has had to deal with a lot of problems, she still shows great confidence to keep her way on modernization and development.
