Abstract (EN)
Objective: In this study, the effects on yield, yield and quality characteristics and water-yield relations were investigated by applying different irrigation programs to the subjects with and without seed coating application in soybean plant. Material and Methods: The research was carried out in 2018 in Adnan Menderes University Faculty of Agriculture Research and Application Farm land with Altınay soybean variety according to a two-factor random block experimental design. The obtained data were subjected to analysis of variance and the results were grouped with the LSD test. Results: In the analysis, it was determined that seed coating did not have a statistical effect on yield, yield and quality characteristics. The applied irrigations are; It was determined that it was not effective on plant height, number of grains, ash, oil, fiber and protein ratios in the plant, on the other hand, it had a significant effect on plant stem diameter, number of pods, 1000 seed weight and grain yield values. The water usage efficiency values were 0.238-0.312 kg/m3, and the irrigation water usage efficiency was 0.285-0.387. Plant stem diameter values are 0.73-1.0 cm, plant height values are 85.7-108.7 cm, pod number values per plant are 31.0-64.3 units/plant, number of grains per plant values are 76.66-123, 0 units/plant, 1000 grain weight values are 154.33-189.0 gr, grain yield values are 117.83-273.93 kg/da, ash rate values are 3.10-3.43%, oil rate values are 14%, 36-15.46, fiber ratio values as 4.83-5.90%, protein ratio values as 19.63-21.93% were obtained. Conclusion: Establishing an irrigation program in soybean cultivation in our region should be done carefully. In case of limited irrigation, it can be said that it will have negative effects on yield and yield components, plant stem diameter, number of pods, 1000 seed weight and grain yield. In cases where curtailment is necessary, excessive curtailment should be avoided. Direct seed coating (pellet coating) did not have a significant effect on yield, yield and quality characteristics. For this reason, it can be concluded that it would be beneficial to add different additives during pellet coating or to carry out similar studies with different varieties.
