Abstract (EN)
This study aims to define the lessons and subjects of a Spa Management Training Program.In order to determine the contents, it is asked the point of views of the people who are interested in the subject directly or indirectly in a survey of 153 participants. Surveyors are academicians, teachers who were graduated from the department of hairdressing and beauty instructor training program and spa and hotel managers.The study was done through descriptive research method based on scanning model. The questionarre used in this research, has been prepared by the researcher who consulted the syllabus to a group of expemis. All of the surveyors responded the survey.The frequency, percentage and arithmetic average of the views in the study were calculated. One directional variance analyse (ANOVA test) was employed to determine significance. In case, whether a significant difference occurs or not, in the groups of academicians, teachers, spa and hotel managers, Tukey B Test is used.The arithmetic average of the data obtained as a result of this research has determined subject?s for the courses of a Spa Management Training Program by taking account the one Directional Variance analyse (ANOVA Test) and Tukey B Test results.
