Abstract (EN)
3D printers represent one of the most significant advancements in contemporary technology, offering a wide range of applications from the medical industry to the food sector, and from aerospace engineering to household applications. This technology has also been embraced in the construction industry, with its application targeted at large-scale productions. The 3D Concrete Printing technology is a noteworthy development that provides increased flexibility in architectural and structural design, presenting cost-effective (with low dependence on skilled labor) and rapid construction methods. In recent years, various 3DCP technologies have been developed. In this study, current technological advancements are presented, and a 3D concrete printer has been developed on a laboratory scale. Additionally, concrete mixtures compatible with this 3D concrete printer have been tested. Another objective of the study is to design a specialized nozzle to ensure the accurate pouring of concrete into specific positions. Through experiments conducted with 3D printing technology and suitable concrete mixtures, various parameters of concrete, such as workability, buildability, and compressive strength, have been determined.
