This study was performed to investigate the effect on some aspect and and mutation in sunflowers that Show normal and degeneration, belonging to the hybrids G-3330, S-281 and As-Row-503 leaving to pollenization in the naturel conditions in Luleburgaz. Sampels with 25 specimens from the eitgher there groups in the normal and the degenerated groups were randomly selected it the time of harvesting, the necessary mesaurement of the selected sunflowers were taken and the little – random populations to examine the mitosis chromosomes were made. In the normal hybrids G-3330, S-281 and As-Row-503 related to the taken mesaurements, 25.56 cm, 25.12 cm of the table diameters; the leight of the plants 153.04 cm, 133.92 cm, 174.20 cm the tousound seed weights 66.63 g, 68.80 g, 73.35 g; the bark rations 22.94%, 27.91%, 24.65% and the oil rations 38.64%, 37.58%, 38.50% were found out in avarage rejpectirely in the degenerated groups of the same hybrids, the table diameters 17.88 cm, 162.32 cm, one tousound seed weight 56.45 g, 68.33 g, 59.70g, the bark rations 33.28%, 27.94%, 32.86%; the oil rations 33.83%, 39.14%, 31.86% were found in average, respectively. It was showed to be significant of the differences the degenerated and normal groups in the hybrids, G-3330, S-281 and As-Row-503 but not correlations between the aspects with respect to evaluation of the obtain data. As a result of cytogenetics investigations made on the F1 M1 sunflowers, the polyploidy in the pollen stem cells of the degenerated group of G-3330 hybrid type was encountered.
