Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between healthy lifestyle, quality of life and obstacle levels of amputated individuals who received sports training. The scale form consists of four parts. In the first part of the scale form, the information form consisting of demographic information was used. In the second part, lığı Healthy Lifestyle Behavior Scale in was used to measure health-promoting behaviors of the individual in relation to healthy lifestyle. In the third part, WHO World Health Organization Quality of Life Short Form Turkish Questionnaire (WHOQOL-BREF-TR) in is used to determine the quality of life of the individual. In the fourth chapter, re Leisure Time Barriers Scale D is included in order to determine the situations that may prevent individuals from participating in recreational activities. Exploratory factor analysis within the scope of validity studies of scales; item analysis (item total correlation and Cronbach Alpha) was used for reliability study. One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to compare demographic variables. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the scale and its sub-dimensions. A total of 102 amputee players engaged in active sports, TSK Rehabilitation Center Disabled Sports Club (16 men), Ottoman Disabled Sports Club (20 men), Izmir Metropolitan Municipality Youth and Sports Club (15 men), Anadolu Erciyes Disabled Sports Club (13 men), Şahinbey Municipality Sports Club (14 men), Malatya Metropolitan Municipality Sports Club (12 men) and Bursa Amputee Force Sports Club (12 men) amputee players participated voluntarily. Considering the lowest (1) and highest (4) scores that can be taken from the subscales of healthy lifestyle behaviors, self-realization of amputated individuals (2,78 ± 0,53), health responsibility (2,77 ± 0,55), exercise ( 2,81 ± 0,53), nutrition (2,80 ± 0,58), interpersonal support (2,79 ± 0,57), stress management (2,81 ± 0,57) and healthy lifestyle behaviors scores ( 2,79 ± 0,51) u frequently "level. Considering the lowest (0) and highest (20) scores of the quality of life subscales, the exercise of amputated individuals (12.79 ± 4.19), psychological health (12.29 ± 3.92), social relations (12.32) ± 4,98) points at ın pretty good ± level; physical health (11,87 ± 3,81) and environment (11,93 ± 3,80) scores were ,8 medium ±; When the lowest (0) and highest (100) scores were taken into account, the quality of life scores (61,20 ± 18,67) were found to be ve quite good ölçek. When the lowest (1) and highest (4) scores of the ambulatory disability scale subscales were taken into account, the lack of facilities (2.78 ± 0.91), lack of knowledge (2.75 ± 0.85), lack of friends, (2.70 ± 0.79) and lack of time (2.65 ± 0.77) as the most important leisure time barriers. Individual psychology (2.50 ± 0.80) and apathy (2.50 ± 0.71) were found to be partially and non-significant. It was determined that leisure time score scale score (2,79 ± 0,51) was at ± significant Boş level. As a result, as the barriers to participation in leisure time activities increased, the quality of life decreased and the healthy lifestyle behaviors, quality of life and leisure time levels of the amputated individuals with sports education increased in parallel and the results were found to have a positive and meaningful relationship.
