Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to evaluate the service quality perception levels of sport-fitness center members in terms of some personal characteristics The research was organized in line with the cross-sectional approach, which is one of the general survey models. The sample group of the research also constitutes the study population of the research. The sample of the research consists of 198 members selected by convenience sampling method from 9 different sports-fitness centers operating in Bolu city center. The "Perceived Service Quality Scale of Sports-Fitness Centers" form developed by Yılmaz UÇAN (2007) was used to collect the research data. As a result of the research, it was determined that the gender of the participants, the hours of facility use, the purpose of participation and the number of days of weekly use were effective on their perceptions of service quality.
