Learning organization applications effect on organizational performance in the sports business

This paper examines the links between the existance of learning organization applications and organizational performance in the sports business. With this aim, a survey applied to manegers and employers working in the fitness centers to measure their perceptions of the effect of learning organization applications on organizational performance. SPSS.10 packaged software is used in data entrance descriptive statistics and factor analysis of the components of learning organization. We determined the existance of continous changing and development structure, the leaders encouragin the employers to learn,flexikle organization based on participation, teamwork and colloboration, information sharying, shared vision among the managers and employers ,empowerment performance evaluation and reward system in the fitness centres. The results of this study suggest that these factors have positive effect on organizational performance.Keywords: learning, learning organization, performance and sports business.
