Evaluation of the opinions of sports clubs administrators related to planning process (Elazig sample)

In this study, it is intended to evaluate views of administrators of sport clubs about planning period. In this respect, while positive impacts of sports are expanding so rapidly among people, differentiation and developments about sport administration has been introduced itself also. Need to make changes special to sports among these particularly established administrations to serve better in organizational way. By all means, to do these changes will be possible only with planning. Therefore, sport administrators should give importance to planning and they should use all of their authority to practice them. While the clubs within borders of city of Elazığ had been in the centre of this study only the clubs within borders of Municipality of Elazığ are used as sample. This research practiced on sampling. In this study, we benefited from method of scanning field. Survey had been used as data forth for this study and data solved by values such as percentage, frequency, standard deviation and average. At the end of the research the data analyzed with IBM SPSS 21.0 programs. According to the data gained with this study, sport clubs would be able to overcome their difficulties and would also use the plans which they prepared for their goals through these plans. Also, solving suggestions submitted here -which are- concerning with planning will contribute to other studies will be done in this field.
