Working in sport club managers education status and qualifications (Elazig sample)

396Increasing with each passing day the importance of sport, the sport, the transformation into an industry, developing and changing understanding of sports has increased the importance of sport management. For these reasons, Our country needs to professional sports managers have received training in sports management area. The purpose of this study; Managers in amateur sports clubs operating in Elazig is analyzed in terms of "competence area manager" and "sports administrators, various management competencies. Research, depends on the Elazig Amateur Sports Clubs Federation, was applied to 61 sports clubs and 166 sports administrators who work in the sports club. The data obtained from the Survey are shown in the tables of the results variance for multiple groups (Anova), t test for two groups, one-way analysis of, arithmetic mean, percentage, frequency. In this study; Sports managers tenure increasing has been determined that there are significant differences in opinion "planning and organization" of education level increasing and polls have participated at the highest level in all dimensions (p<0,05). According to the variable sports branch, Athletics, Swimming, Tennis opinions managers in branches found that differences in dimensions ın all surveys according to the views of other opinions managers (p<0,05). Consequently; Increasing mission duration of sports administrators and ıncreases levels of education was more successful, communication and technological, management, decision making, planning, also sports administrators the situation before doing sport or sports do, the management has not been shown to provide any positive contribution.
