Stress management of security forces in sports organizations

In the face of the innovations and challenges of contemporary life, there are many factors that positively and negatively affect the performance of the police officers in their working environments and the sports organizations that they are assigned. It is not the same as intervening large organizations where thousands of people come together. In large organizations, it is very important to act professionally and well-organized because, as a result of the weaknesses of the professional intervention and the organization, there may be situations that may result in the loss of many lives and property. Therefore, it is very vital that the security forces involved in sports organizations where police officers are assigned. In addition, in this study, age, gender, marital status, working unit were also considered. In order to conduct research on this subject, a literature review was conducted and a questionnaire consisting of 45 questions affects the stress conditions of 270 police officers working was applied in Gaziantep. Spss 22 program was used in the analysis of the data and, in order to evaluate values, One Way Anova (one-way analysis of variance) test was used according to the variability of demographic characteristics. Moreover, in order to understand the difference between the groups, Tukey Test was applied, and p<0.05 was considered significant, and lastly t-test was applied for gender and marital status.
