Abstract (EN)
In this thesis study, based on the changes and developments of the sponsorship institution from its emergence until today; The reflections of sponsorship in terms of sport activities, which have become a common language on a global scale, are emphasized. Sponsorship agreements made in the field of sport have an important place in Turkish law, as in every nation, and are a very effective communication tool in international arenas. Since the sport sponsorship agreements established in the field of sport sponsorship, which cause such a great interaction among the masses, are atypical, that is, innominate agreements, there is no consensus on their legal nature and the legal rules that should be applied in case of a possible dispute. For this reason, the subject examined in the study, by evaluating the controversial issues in the field of sport sponsorship agreements and the opinions of valuable writers and professors, and also by comparing them with other agreement types.
