In this study, it is aimed to examine the relation between the personalities and occupation preferences of the students studying in the department of Sport Manegement in terms of The Occupational Themes of John Holland (1996). In this point, şt is tried to identify which personalities would be successful in which jobs and which career dimensions they give importance. Thus, it is aimed to reveal the role of the personality and the chosen department on the right career preference and a successful occupational life. The job they choose is the biggest factor that a person is influenced by. This chosen occupations come across with them in every field. A person is bound to his\ her job in order to maintain his\ her life happily and peacefully in his\ her social environment and family life. The gain he \she earns provides him \her to look after his\ her family and a social status in the community.
