Comments about the Last Era Ottoman?s Madrasahes and improvement of Madrasahes in the light of articles published in the reviews Sirât-i Müstakîm and Sebilürreşad

After having been founded as an education institute, Madrasahes became important for Islam Society. Also, as being important for Ottoman Empire, Madrasahes maintained as being one of the most important education institutes for a long time. Both in religious and education, in some parts of empire, they served qualified staff for the requirements but in time of they became spoiled and needed improvements. Until II. Constitutionalism, any achivements couldn?t be reached in spite of imperial orderances, petitions, commands and Spoiling also continued in other institutes of empire. After Tanzimat, with help of paying importance of european style in education institutes, madrasahes were left alone. Following the II. Constitutionalism, liberty movements affected madrasahes and especially, madrasahes were attempted to improve radically and consciously compared to the previous of mentioned period.In our research, first of all, a brief history of madrasah instution has been given to simplify madrasahes? history basics and for the integrity of subject. Second, solution propasal about madrasahes following the II. Constitutionalism has been discussed and finally, regulations for madrasah improvement following II. Constitutionalism has been examinedFor our research articles about subjects in Sırât-ı Müstakîm and Sebilürreşad reviews that was presented in the period of improvements until education reform(tevhidi tedrisat) have been fixed, analysed and evaulated. For the improvement of madrasahes, muderrises?(formely professor),science students? and intellectuals? ideas have been given.
