Abstract (EN)

In this study, how we use the combination of Balanced Scorecard (BSC),SWOT analysis and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) in strategic planning isexplored. There are lots of study about SWOT analysis and Balanced Scorecard instrategic planning. QFD technique is especially use design of product. In thisstudy, our purpose is how all of these techniques are combined and using QFDtechnique different area from product design. Sun Tzu?s Art of War is furtherincorporated to develop a more structured strategic formulation. Conjoining theSWOT matrix with the balanced scorecard makes a systematic strategicmanagement system. The SWOT matrix clearly identifies the critical successfactors that can be implented into the identification of the different aspects towardthe balanced scorecard. It is, therefore, a more structural approach in setting upthe foundation of the balanced scorecard; instead of via gut feeling or bybrainstorming. The next step is use the quality function deployment with thebalanced scorecard attributes identified as the ?What?s? on the vertical axis, andthe major strategies of ?The Art of Business Management? Sun Tzu?s as thehorizontal ?How's? axis. The relationship is then studied in the body of the QFDmatrix. Using this approach to develop their corporate business strategic plan.Using this approach , there was a study about strategic planning at Görteks textilestudio and the results obtained have been evaluated.Key Words: 1) Strategic planning 2) Swot Analysis 3) Balanced Scorecard 4) QualityFunction Deployment 5) Sun Tzu?s Business Management Strategies
