Abstract (EN)

Companies want to create a dynamic and efficient structure within themselves with the human resources management strategies they apply. In this context, it is aimed to create a strategic structure that is open to change within the scope of effective vision. The strategic human resources management practices carried out in this context have very important effects for all units of the company. In this study, the effect of strategic human resources management practices on the productivity of employees was tried to be examined and in this context, human resources, strategic human resources and models for them were defined in the conceptual part of the study. In the research part of the study, online questionnaires were applied to participants with different demographic characteristics. The data obtained from the questionnaires were analyzed using the IBM SPSS 22 program. Strategic Human Resources Management Scale and Employee Performance Scale were used in the study. By evaluating the quantitative data obtained, the effects of strategic human resources management on employee performance are revealed. When the studies in the literature are examined, it is seen that similar results are obtained with this study. In this respect, it can be said that this study is an important source for the literature.
