Abstract (EN)

In line with the purpose of the study, the effects of SHRM on the corporate performance of businesses operating with B2C e-commerce model in Turkey have been determined. The data in the study were obtained by applying a questionnaire to the employees of the enterprises operating with the B2C e-commerce model in Turkey. Necessary analyzes were made on the data obtained from the survey study and it was determined to what extent the SHRM levels affect the institutional performance of the enterprises. In the first part of the study, conceptual analysis on SHRM, in the second part conceptual analysis on e-commerce, in the third part, the universe and sampling determined in line with the purpose and scope of the research, statistical data analyzes used in the hypotheses of the research, the limitations of the research. Findings that emerged as a result of regression analyzes for correlation and hypothesis tests are included. As a result of the research, it has been determined that strategic human resources management contributes to the corporate performance of the enterprises operating with the B2C e-commerce model in Turkey, and accordingly, it affects the competitive performance, policy performance and innovation performance of the enterprises.
