The level of implementation of the strategic management in primary schools

In this study, primary school principals, the Director of the strategic management of the provincial education ministers, teachers and examiners apply — determination of the degree to which the views of the primary institutions. The research was carried out in the scan; working population in İstanbul 2011-2012 academic who served 109 in provincial education supervisor, İstanbul province, Turkey on the Asian side in the Atasehir, Kadikoy, Kartal, Maltepe and the academic year 2011-2012, the townships of Sultanbeyli, who served 192 primary the school principal, 188 vice principal and 400 teacher. 86,73% of the universe of the study was obtained from the data available. Primary school principal, vice principal, teachers and examiners for the purposes of determining the provincial training developed by the examiner's views "are applied to the Strategic level of Management Schools Measuring Scale" data collection tool was used. The data obtained in research USING SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) have been analyzed using the program for Windows, 17.0. Statistical methods of evaluating identifier data (number, percentage, mean, standard deviation). Quantitative data to compare the difference between the two groups of t-test, guruplardaki is the number of n low man whitney u test was used. In the case of more than two group comparisons between the groups of one-way Anova test (One way) and the diversity of the group, the number of cases where the Scheffe, whallis test has been used low kruskall. The resulting findings have been assessed at the level of the 95%. Based on the findings of the research, the following conclusions: 1.
