Catch composition, CPUE values and technical features of the fishing gears were detected from the product at landing spots. Technical designs of the fishing gears were drawn in conformity with FAO standarts by using MS Visio programme with scale. CPUE values were analyzed by using SPSS statiscally analysis programme. Red mullet gillnet and trammel nets, multi-purpose gillnet and trammel nets, longline, trammel entangling net and monofilament entangling net, 5 type handlines and bottom trawl nets are defined in the Bay of Sığacık.
