Abstract (EN)

This study examined the function of several parameters (Hb, Ferritin and FBS, GOT and GPT) in Thalassemia patients, Thalassemia with DM patients, and their findings were compared to control people. Thalassemia patients were shown to have significantly lower levels of Hb than control participants, as well as significantly lower levels of Hb than Thalassemia patients who had diabetes mellitus (DM). When compared to a control group, the ferritin levels of those with Thalassemia and Thalassemia with diabetes were significantly different. Compared to control, there was a significant difference between Thalassemia and Thalassemia with DM in the findings of fasting blood glucose measurements. In both groups of Thalassemia and Thalassemia with DM, GOT (AST) levels increased significantly when compared to the control group. When comparing patients with Thalassemia and diabetes mellitus (DM) to controls, there was a substantial rise in GPT (ALT) findings. It seems that there is a strong link between FBS and GOT (AST) as well as between GOT (AST) and GPT (ALT) (ALT). based on the experiences of people with thalassemia. In individuals with Thalassemia and DM, however, a connection between FBS and was found. ferritin, gonadotropin, and glycine.
