Özet (EN)

Calcitriol, parathyroid hormone urea (BU), creatinine, Phosphorus, and Calcium were tested in chronic renal failure patients (CRF). CRF men, women, and control groups had significantly different average ages (46.27±11.19, 35.38±13.65, 31.20±5.12). Chi seq=6.33, DF=2, P=0.039 Comparing men and women for CRF and healthy people, statistical findings for BMI in stedied groups indicated non-significant study, p-value Chi-squared 0.290, DF2, Significance levelP = 0.8651 (NS), Contingency coefficient0.0436. Men with CRF, women with CRF, and control groups had substantially higher PTH (102.19±22.15, 83.12±11.9, 32.23±7.45) p 0.05. Table 4.2 demonstrates a significant drop in calcitrol levels for men with CRF, women with CRF, and controls, but not between men and women with CRF (p >0.05). Compared to controls, patients had hypocalcemia and hypophosphatemia (p0.05). Current study indicated an increase in Cholestrol, LDL, and a drop in HDL (p=0.05). CRF patients had higher urea and creatinine levels than controls (p=0.001). Male-female p-value >0.05. When comparing liver function tests, specifically AST, we discovered a slightly increased mean and SD in men (67.41±5.60) p=0.001. 0.03 ALT p-value.
