Abstract (EN)
Generally we recognize and classify heat pumps with their heat sources. We can make a division by calling them as air source heat pumps, water source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, solar source heat pumps and chemical source heat pumps. In this Project usually we will discuss water source heat pumps. Because of this study, I visited Dicle Uni., Fırat Uni., Harran Uni. which are in my region, and the other universities in stanbul. I looked for some books in the libraries and made speeches with teachers. For other applications I received journals from the digital media. I made an experiment about water source heat pumps in Kurtalan Town - Saipbeyli Village of which is 60 km distanced to the Siirt City centrum. I received some of datas which are required for this project from The Weather Forecast Institution of Siirt. The other datas are received from the lake by making measurements. In the application we made a serpantine and buried it in the lake to be an outdoor unit of a heat pump. By circulating heating fluid (water) in the system, we received entering and leaving temperatures, quantity of cycling water per hour, the heat taken from the lake. With these datas we defined the heat taken from the lake by yearly, monthly, daily, hourly values; how many houses of the nearest village can be heated in the winter by the lakes heat capacity, how did the temperature of the lake change (environmental results), and rantability of the system during a year.
