Abstract (EN)

Art has been around since the beginning of existence as some concepts have also been a part of life for as long as humanity existed. One of these concepts is the phenomenon of crime. Crime, incident and crime scene facts; In terms of the relationship between concept and form, it has been a means of expression of some artists in art for centuries. At the same time, the visual composition, naturalness and contextual strikingness of these phenomena have been important sources for many artists, and artists have drawn original interpretations from these data. In this context, in this study, artistic works including forensic subjects specific to "Crime and Crime Scene" were examined and the data obtained were tried to be explained by correlating the researcher's work in the production process, which were seen as close in terms of concept and form relationship. When the artistic works about the crime and the crime scene are examined; It has been observed that the artists dealt with the criminal and incident phenomena with the understanding of contemporary art, which they can approach more flexibly and freely, apart from the viewpoint of Forensic Art and fixed rules. Artists have highlighted the expressions of contemporary art with the use of new expansions such as installation art, land art, performance art and video art, which are generally a spatial form of expression. While some of the artists have tried to do their work on crime and incident with real crime scenes and victims, others have worked with certain fictions and models. As a matter of fact, it has been observed that there is an organic connection between the fiction and the real event, and that both of them can be quite close in terms of transferring the effect power of the event to the audience. In general, crime, death, murder and so on. of concepts; It was emphasized that, socially, everyone tries to avoid and hesitate to talk about it, but it is emphasized that they are concepts that take place in life and a confrontation has been provided for the audience. In this study, the researcher produced 17 works of art that works with crime and crime scenes, and these are presented in comparison with other works in Forensic Art and contemporary art. The researcher experienced the perspective of the murderer, the victim and the investigator, viewing her work from different aspects while going through a psychological self-evaluation. The study contributes to the view of art as it proves that people should take another look at crime and the criminal to start questioning things, as it is apparent that the society is not ready for criminal art although crimes are common in our daily lives.
