Abstract (EN)

Most of the Companions of Suffa had spent large part of their lives day and night with Prophet and had served him and learned religion from him. Most of them but not all had dealet with science of religion, and after the death of the Prophet they had various positions in different countries thus by transferring their experiences and knowledge to people gathered around they provided great contributions of Islamic law in the process of formation. Our study inspired from this idea, consists of one introduction and two parts.In the introduction we discussed to the process of formation Suffa and Companions, Companions of Suffa, the jurisprudence (Fiqh) an legal terms.In the first section, we examined the lives of Suffa Companions. In this context, we stated Suffa Companions? growing process, their efforts to learn and to teach religion, issues they had undertaken related to official duties during and after the Prophet.In the second part; we investigated the effects of Suffa Companions in the formation of Islamic law. Considering the processes of formation and deveolpment of Islamic law had formed, the first two important sessions, Prophet?s Period and period of the Companions of the Prophet. In this context, while the provision to detect and follow the method of Prophet raised Suffa Companions, we presented the practical applications of their methods. We have tried to examine the effects of their views and method to subsequent formation of school of jurisprudence (Fıqh) and legal scholars.
