Interpreting the National Opinion Movement in the light of Suleyman Arif Emre

With the transition to multi-part life, which is the cornerstone of democracy in Turkey, in 1946, Turkish political culture was brought colorful and diverse in political life. Even though this period stagnated during the 10 year managerial period of the Democrat Party in the 1950's, Turkish political life revived with different ideas after the 1960's. During this period, Süleyman Arif Emre became one of the important political figures of the 1960's with both political causes and joint partie. Emre, consisting of the political components of the Hürriyet Party and especially the New Turkey Party process, took his place in the parliament with the 1965 elections. In the 1970's, he took part in the National Vision Movement, whose name was mentioned in Turkey, and moved the country to a more effective area. The concepts of Islamic beliefs, morality and spirituality, which constitute Emre's political perspective, were also expressed in the development plans and programs that they took and wanted to create within Milli Gorus. Emre was in an important area in the Milli Gorus Movement, which was one of the first movements to bring an Islamist movement to the political arena in Turkey.
