Abstract (EN)

In this study, flora of the region amaong Süleymanlı, Ovacık and Aşağıovacık villages of cankırı province was examined. It is located in the A4 square according to Davis's grid system. The field studies carried out between 2020-2021, and approximately 600 plant specimens were collected. 307 taxa belonging to 49 families and 191 genera were identified. 49 of the taxa are endemic to Turkey and the endemizm rate is 16%. Distribution of taxa according to phytogeographic regions; 89 (28.9%) Iranian-Turanian elements, 11 (3.6%) Euro-Siberian elements, 19 (6.2%) Mediterranean elements, 189 (61.3%) are widely distributed or phytogeographically unknown taxa. The first three families that contain the most taxa are Asteraceae, Fabaceae, and Poaceae. New information has been obtained on the distribution of some narrowly distributed endemic taxa. Some specimens that do not fit their descriptions in the flora of Turkey are explained. In our study, a new hybrid of Marrubium sivasense Aytaç ve ark. and Marrubium trachyticum Boiss. has been identified for the scientific world.
