Abstract (EN)
In this study, general meaning of humour and its reflection in the Turkish society is discussed. In addition, political and humour press in the era of the Sultan Abdulaziz is also studied. And the attitude of Ottoman government against humour press is observed by giving visual materials at the appendix.
