Abstract (EN)

Graphene oxide (GO), one of the popular molecules of recent years, has been synthesized according to Modified Hummer method. Stable dispersions of different amounts of negatively charged GO were prepared in aqueous media. The GO / dye composites were prepared in pure water by a simple method with the positively charged Saf T compound (Saf T), which is known to have strong fluorescence properties. By changing the GO / dye ratio, stable composites were obtained in aqueous media. Interaction of GOT with GO in aqueous solution was investigated above and below CMC (critical micelle concentration) by addition of SDS (sodium dodecyl sulphate). The change in the quenching effect of GO has been followed by the addition of a neutralizing electrolyte (NaCl). The formation of GO-Saf T composites was clarified by using spectroscopic and microscopic techniques. In these composites, the influence of the GO layers on the photophysical properties of the Saf T compound was investigated by absorption and fluorescence spectroscopy techniques. GO-based GO / Saf T composites were obtained as electrostatic and π-π interaction between GO and dye molecules. It was understood that in aqueous media, GO weakens the Saf T fluorescence. Besides, when SDS was added to the medium, the fluorescence of Saf T significantly increased with the increase of SDS concentration. It has also been found that the electrolyte added to the solution has a healing effect on the decrease in fluorescence intensity due to GO
