Abstract (EN)
The most basic duty of man is to know Allah, to obey and worship Him. For this reason, Almighty Allah has assigned some duties and responsibilities to people and made them responsible for some worships. He sent prophets so that they could fulfill and practice these worships, and asked them to be followed. Because the prophets set an example for people with their lives and practices. This is how Muhammad (pbuh), the last link in the line of prophets, was sent; He has been a leader and an exemplary model with his practice, words and approval, that is, his sunnah. Koran; our supreme religion is the main source of Islam. In this holy book, Almighty Allah has revealed the basic principles, laws and rules of the last universal religion, Islam. Worships are mentioned in the basic principles of Islam, but no detailed information is given. These details are Explained by the Prophet and shown in practice. Because sunnah has legislative authority and is the second fundamental source of Islam. For this reason, it has been effective and constructive in the practice of the Qur'an and its reflection on life. One of these basic principles, pilgrimage is limited to a certain place and time, it covers other worships and has many details in it and has an important place. A very small part of the pilgrimage worship has been touched upon in the Qur'an, but no detailed information has been given; the wisdoms of pilgrimage, its being fard, the forbidden months, the Kaaba, circumambulation, sa'y, foundation, time of pilgrimage, the holiness of Mecca, ihram, prohibition of hunting, sacrifice and other subjects related to pilgrimage are mentioned directly or indirectly. However, these issues are not understood without the Sunnah, and the details and other menâsiks are also stated by the Sunnah. As a matter of fact, our Prophet explained in detail all the rituals related to the pilgrimage in his farewell pilgrimage and showed them in practice. Therefore, it is impossible to perform pilgrimage without circumcision. Since the way of worship was shaped by the sunnah of Muhammad (pbuh), an uncircumcised Islamic life is not possible. Key words: Hadith, Sunnah, Pligrimage, Legislative.
