Abstract (EN)
AKDENİZ, H. The Analyzing Of The Plyometric Training Effect Of Super League Ice Hokey Players Over Ouick Power And Maximal Power. Dumlupınar university health science institute, departmant ofphysical education and sport, master thesis, Kütahya 2013. The main purpose of this study, the analyzing the plyometric training, which are tested over Kocaeli metropoliton municipality kağıtspor club super league hockey players, general effects upon right and left leg consontric and isokinetic power volue interms of two different angular speed. This examine control group divided inti two parts; first group includes team members who proceed their casual training, second group includes team members proceed 3 plyometric exercies for a week. The experimentals distributed to two importial and random group. For this examine a plyometric training program was formed. According to the plans, the experimentals would be subjected to the knee extansion and flexion test after and before the examine. The experimental groups contains Kocaeli metropolitan municipality kağıtspor club player, who are at the sometime a national team players, whose age interual for the first süper league players is (21,42 ± 4,79) year, for the second control group is (21,12 ± 3,44) year. Totally 15 male ıce hokey player was included for our sample. Sub extermite knee flextion - extansion measurements was implemented by (Biodex Medical Systems, Inc, Shirley, Newyork, USA) device which is located in Kocaeli university, department of education and sport high school isokinetic laboratory. As a test protocal in biodex 3 dinamometer was implemented by Con - Con test with 60/60 dec/sec, 5 repetition, 180/180 dec/sec, 10 repetition, 300/300 repetition 20 repetition consequently; in this study at the end of 8 week regular plyometric training 60 dec/sec, 180 dec/sec and 300 dec/sec have positive effects over dominant leg extansor consantric and isokinetic power interms of quantitative expression (p<0,05). However this numeric increases was not supported by the incremental statistical avanoges. Keywords: Plyometric, Ice Hockey, concentric isokinetic.
