Özet (EN)
In this study, by using 1 µg/kg dexmedetomidine in two different protocols we aimed at comparing their sedative effects in monitorized patients in operation room conditions at preoperative, intraoperative and early stage postoperative period in supratentorial mass surgery.Preoperative administration of two different protocol use of 1 µg/kg dexmedetomidine to the patients undergoing supratentorial mass surgery was performed and their effects on hemodynamic, recovery and sedation levels were compared with the placebo group. After obtaining Ethical permission, this clinical prospective randomized placebo-controlled study was planned. Under general anaesthesia, a total of 60 adult, 18-65 years old, ASA I, II and III level risk group patients were underwent supratentorial mass operation, by dividing intro three equal groups (n=20). Dexmedetomidine (1 µg/kg) was administered by two different protocols and control group received saline. The preoperative, intraoperative and post operative SAP, DAP, MAP, HR, ETCO2, SpO2, NRS and mRSS were assessed. Additionally, possible side effects were recorded. In conclusion, administration of 1 µg/kg dexmedeomidine through two different protocol supratentorial in mass surgery was successful compared to the control group in terms of hemodynamic stability, while no difference being detectable between the two different application routes of the agent.
