An Application on process management and process improvement

ABSTRACTIn the current market conditions, companies have one path to struggleagainst competitors which is to serve customers over their expectations asinformation changes, renovates every second, not continue update long time andtechnology develope fastly. According to the delivery time producing bestquality at least price, as company can survive and be in front of competitors byone step, makes different all the time. By the process management and processimprovement more effective and productive outputs can be obtained.In this study, as a result of being global, continuously expectations ofcustomers which is reason of survival of companies, changing managementstyle, reducing quality and productivity of product or service, it is taked noticeof the necessity of applying process management. The aim of study is to find thebasic source of process which create problem, apply process improvement andprevent probable problems while applying process management. For achievingthis goal, current publications and written sources are examined. By the help ofdata, one public corporation had been examined in terms of processmanagement and process improvement. Processes had been explained step bystep from input to output. Processes map had been showed. The advantages ofprocess management had been explained.
