Abstract (EN)
Competition is increase in the term of easy communication, global economy,high technology, continuously changing and enterprise must keep up with this new rulesof business world for being successful.In nowadays, constitute high performance team and work with employee whoshares same vision, is important for getting superiority in competition.At that point Business Process Management (BPM) is starting use forenterprises. Because most important advantage of Business Process Management(BPM) is, continuously and systematically improved for development enterprises. Inthis systematic approach; Business Process Management (BPM) encourage enterprisesto team work for create most precious value for customer.With employee participation, more people produce more knowledge and moreuse knowledge. Also employee is ready to changing with Business ProcessManagement (BPM) and decides independently about their process. These are veryimportant for enterprises to keep competition.In this study, you can see important of employee participation for applyingBusiness Process Management (BPM) to more efficient and in this analysis you can seeresults of if you can supply participation what happened to practicing Business ProcessManagement (BPM). In addition, Funika Tekstil Business Process Management (BPM)application is research and evaluate. At the end of the study ,also we give somesuggestion for practicing.
