Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to investigate some properties, such as isomorphism and Fredholmness of the differential operator in Sobolev spaces generated by a boundary-value problem involving discontinuous coefficients, transmission conditions and eigen – parameter. Moreover, for investigation of the considered problem we give some needed basic concepts and theorems, from the measure theory, normed space theory and operator theory.
