Özet (EN)

Uniting of the conventional fusion methods of the two metalic materials having different compound is difficult and problematic. Furthermore, on condition of uniting with fusion welding methods of the metalic materials, constitutional transformation occuring in the uniting area and depending on the process conditions higher stretches occuring in the transitories generated by material and the locational geometric factors play important roles in the damage period of welded joints. Besides, majority of the damages is known that is occured by starting from the welding area with fatique strength, when the damage occuring in the welded joints is examined. Therefore, determination of fatique strengths of the welded joints and production with appropriate parameters have an special importance. The aim of this study; AISI 2205 dublex stainless steel which has widest usage area in its own category and, both higher welding capability and lower corbonaceous AISI 1020 providing with affordable price advantage is combined by using different continuous drive friction welding which is one of the solid-state methods. Examination of the damage periods is aimed by being implemented fatique bending test and pulling test to these acquired-welded joints. Besides, necessary process parameters are optimized for minimizing negatives occuring in the damage period of the welded joints. When microstructure and mechanic test results by determining on the light of literature, on the effects of friction welding of these two material couples of production parameters with combinability is examined, it can be possible to increase the welding quality by being used the conveinent chosen rotation speed, friction pressure, and friction times. In the first chapter of this study, it was made introduction to the subject. In the second chapter, the place and importance in the literature of the actual study were mentioned. In the third chapter, general informations were given about friction welding method, stainless steels, and fatique in the metalic materials. In the fourth chapter, experimental studying method was examined. In the fifth chapter, the results of the experimental studying were examined and their comments were writen. In the sixth chapter, general results and recommendations were given.
