The re-position of femininity with the mutual experiences of immigrant women and the women from Suruç

This research aims to examine the process with the solidarity and conflict between both groups of women after the process of immigration and by focusing their daily experiences at the context of phenomenon of immigraiton of the women immigrating from the region of Kobani of Syria and the women from Suruç who settled in Suruç which is the town Şanlıurfa in Turkey in the frame of their reposition of femininity. This research proceeds with the light of the daily experiences of the women who have got a central place for revealing the femininities of the women from Kobani and Suruç in the process of immigration. Because this study assumes both that the differences and similarities among daily life individuals or identities appear and that they are the basis of occurrence. As a result of the increasing internal conflicts in Syria, the solidarity in a grade, whose importance wouldn't be able to be denied, was seen between women who migrated to Suruç region and women from Suruç in the early times of migration. But, with the prolongation of Kobanese women's residence in Suruç, this solidarity process was replaced by a number of conflicts. This study assumes that the solidarity and conflict dilemma of both groups of women affects the feminine position of women. Therefore, the solidarity and the patterns of solidarity appearing among women, the reasons of solidarity, the conflicts between the two groups and the micro-determinants of the relational conflict are important issues shaping this study.
