The effect of simplification of the production process on productivity in the dairy and dairy products sector

In this study, it is aimed to touch on the concept of lean production techniques and to examine the effect of lean production on productivity in enterprises. For the purpose of the study, the literature review method was used. Studies on lean production and operating efficiency in the literature have been examined and detailed. After the lean production techniques are explained briefly, their effects on productivity are transferred to the study in detail. As a result of the study, it was determined that lean production positively affects the productivity of enterprises and lean production techniques reveal beneficial results for enterprises.
