Abstract (EN)
In this study, main distributor and different wing designs were made for liquid fertilizer injection machines in order to increase liquid fertilizer efficiency. Four different wing types were designed and simulations for pressure, inlet-exit velocities, possible turbulence and analyzes between them were carried out. As a result of comparisons between different wing designs, it was concluded that the Wing Type-1 design best meets the liquid fertilizer efficiency. The wing Type-1 design was manufactured, the mounting process was carried out on the liquid fertilizer injection machine and functionality tests were carried out. Functionality trials were carried out in the main distributor with and without wing mounting, at 1, 2 and 3 bar system pressure, in 4 repetitions. As a result of the functionality trials, ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) and %CV statistical analyzes were performed. As a result of ANOVA analysis, application norm values differed at 5% significance level according to the interaction of distributor shape at 3 bar system pressure. As a result of the CV%, it was seen that there was a homogeneous distribution between the legs in the poultry distributor, since the deviation value accepted by the literature for liquid fertilizer and spraying machines was 20%. In addition, it has been observed that more deviations occur when the system pressure increases in the bladeless distributor. According to the test and analysis results, it was concluded that a homogeneous flow was achieved from the injectors when the Wing Type-1 was installed in the main distributor and the flow rate was higher than the wingless main distributor.
