Abstract (EN)

Nano materials are known as the miracles of modern medicine. Metallic nanoparticles have different physical and chemical properties due to their wide surface ratio, while their bulk forms may not have thesefeatures. The synthesis of nanoparticles (NPs) bacteria recognized as green technology, is the biocompatible, cost-effective and safe approach. The study was aimed to investigate the activity and compare between CuoNps Synthesized by S. epidermidis and synergistic effect of CuoNps with vancomycin against Gram-positive bacteria S. aureus and S. epidermidis and study cytotoxic effect in vivo. One handerd Fifty (150) specimens were collected at a period between February to April 2022. These specimens collected from anterior wounds and burns were 45 specimens produce yellow colonies on Mannitol salt agar media, while other 35 specimen were colorlesss to pink on the same culture media. CuoNps nanoparticles were prepared by green biological method taking different concentration between (512, 256, 128 ,64, 32, 16) μg/mL. In this study, these isolates showed resistance to antibiotic and sensitive at different concentration of both CuoNps synthesis. The X-ray diffraction, Transmission electron microscopy, Atomic force microscopy, Ultra violet visible spectrophotometer, Zeta potential results, SEM (scanning electron microscopy) the presence of CuoNps.
