Abstract (EN)

In this research, River Tahar, which is 135 km far from Tunceli, has Mount Kırklar as its source and is engorged by Kırklar Stream, joins Keban Dam Lake after passing through the west of the county of Çemişgezek. Because it isn't engorged by the high mountains, the quantity of water it carries depends on the spring waters and seasonal rains. Valley of River Tahar is abundantly rich of flora. The flora ,which consists of many tree species in riversides, creates the ideal environment for having a picnic and camping. Swimming in the summer months in the areas where the rivers enlarge and the water gets calm is possible. The areas in the north of county town of River Tahar and the areas near Keban Dam Lake are the right places for amateur fishing. Between March and December of 2021, from the two stations, the samples gathered from River Tahar are analysed with some physical and chemical parameters of epilithic and epipsammic algae During this research, epilithic algae are recorded with 26 taxa in first station and 33 taxa in second station, epipsammic algae are recorded with 26 taxa in first station and 26 taxa in second station.
