Leadership perception of properties by followers of temperament

This study focuses on the degree to which followers' personalities are related to leadership perceptions. The data used in the study were obtained by applying survey to 239 followers from Erzincan Municipality employees. Significant relationships were obtained between the followers' personality and the perception of Transactional, Transformational, Laisez Faire, Paternalistic and Ethical leadership. He organized an Enneagram temperament scale. Unlike other studies (Schyns and Sanders, 2004a; Schyns and Sanders, 2006; Schyns and Sanders, 2007), our study was meaningfully obtained because the effect of personality was perceived by five leadership styles. The perceptions of the followers are where the leader reflects the actual behavior of the leader or the degree to which the follower is affected. However, it is important to give the prejudices of the followers to the leaders in a fair and accurate manner, and how transparency they are.
