Özet (EN)
The aim of our study was to evaluate the trueness and precision of intraoral scanners and conventional method to be used in implant supported prosthetic treatments. Complete edentulous polyurethane lower jaw model with 6 implants placed both angled and parallel was used as a reference model. A digital reference model was created with the help of a CMM (Contura G2 10/16/06 RDS; Carl Zeiss Industrielle Mess Technik GmbH Coordinate measuring machine). Reference model was scanned 10 times each with 5 different intraoral scanners (3Shape Trios4, Planmeca EmeraldS, Itero Element 5D,3Disc Heron, Primescan) available in the market and digital data were created. 10 conventional impression (Elite HD, Zhermack Spa, Italy) were also taken from the reference models and the plaster models obtained from the impression were scanned with an industrial reference scanner (3Shape 3E Lab Scanner, Copenhagen, Denmark) and data in STL format were obtained. All digital data were registered in a reverse engineering program (Geomagic Control X, Geomagic, USA). Statistical analyses performed using the IBM SPSS software version 28. The Mann-Whitney U test was performed to test the significance of pairwise differences using Bonferroni correction adjust for multiple comparisons. As a result, the median deviation values of the Primescan group and Itero Element5D group were found to be statistically significantly lower than the deviation values of the Emerald S-Planmeca group, Heron ios-3disc group and conventional impression group. (P<0,05) The median deviation values of the conventional impression group were found to be statistically significantly lower than the deviation values of the Heron ios-3disc group. (P<0,05) In this in vitro study, the accuracy of the digital and conventional impression making approaches for dental implants seems to be clinically acceptable and can therefore be considered applicable for full-arch, multiple implant restorations.
