The effects of leadership understanding which provides complete freedom on middle level managers innovation tendency: An application in furniture operations in the aegean region

The main aim of this study is to explain the effects of the exploratory- development staff?s providing complete freedom leadership understanding on innovation tendency.The study is applied to exploratory- development and managerial direction staff in the furniture operations in the Aegean Region. While the staff working in the exploratory- development units are studying, their roug in using personel priority is sighted. With this study, it is tried to discover and analyze these problems.In the first chapter, leadership and types of leadership concept, the inferior dimensions of related theoriesand various modals of this concept are examined. In the second chapter, the concept of innovation, the previous and following concept information of this concept and also the relationship of complete freedom leadership understanding are touched on. In the third chapter, it is considered that the literature research formed hypothesis and getting the results used SPSS 11.5 for Window packet programme formed the application part. To analyze the study?s hypothesis, correlation, multiple regration and t-test are used. According to the analyze results, it is discovered that there is a meaningful effect of complete freedom leadership type understanding on innovation tendencies and there isn?t a disparity between the workers in the exploratory- development unit and gender, age and education are effective on innovation tendencies.Key Words: Exploratory- Development, Innovation, Take a Flier, Leadership.
