Individuals and societies differ from each other in terms of various dimensions. This situation creates a tension between people who need to be in the same environment. Managing this tension is defined as the management of differences. It is very important to protect historical environmental areas and cultural assets for the continuity and continuity of the cultural identities of societies and individuals. This is possible with successful field management studies. In the study, the concepts of area management and diversity management in historical environments were examined; What kinds of differences exist between the stakeholders in the field management in historical environments have been revealed and suggestions have been made on the management of the differences in order to achieve the success of the works that will emerge in the field management studies to be carried out.
