Running a historic house and its realition with cultural tourism, sample of Beypazarı

With global competition atmosphere, devoloping world caused technological,economic and political changes.By means of these developments it was observed some changes in consumption preferences in tourism sector ,too.During their travelling,tourists prefer to head not only sea,sand and sun but also different special interest areas,Besides recreation.entertainment,health,religion,sports;culture also plays an important role for tourists to join tourism.Especially in recent years culture factor is one of the most important reason..The case of culture is questioned in two ways : abstract and concrete. While abstract culture is formed like language, religion, life style elements; factors like art, belief centres, architectural structure forms concrete culture. Culture has wide capacity that contains all tgese values. Houses, which has important part in human life since past, forms concrete culture?s important side. Regulations, which will carry past?s authentic signs, has been come out like mosques, exhibition houses, food and beverage, accomodation. So tourists has the chance of being familiar to culturel values that belong to different locations. Culture tourism, as well as being influential about protection of its growing places? historical and cultural heritage, it also provides income in terms of economy.This study has been carried out with the aim of pointing out house?s usage areas inside the tourism industry and their impact on cultural tourism. Practice part of this study was carried out in Ankara, Beypazarı. Surveys were applied to 385 visitors. Charachteristics and joining levels to surveys of tourists is given with percentage and frequency. Reformed hypothesis was checked with chi-square test. Surveys were founded suggestion results which were analysesed in SPSS statistical program.
