Abstract (EN)

The interaction between the followers of Abu Hanifa and Mutazila occured between the Mutazilites who adopted the Hanefism in the field of fiqh and the figures who held the views of i'tizal. The first manifestations of this interaction before the period of mihna in which the process of sectarianization continues for both traditions is grounded in rationality. In this process the figures can be mentioned who brought toghether the main views of Murjia which represented the theological identity of Mutazila and the followers of Abu Hanifa such as khalk al-Quran-irja, qadar-irja, ruyat-irja which were identified with different traditions. The concrete manifestations of the relationship between the two sectarian tendencies are related to the process of mihna. The figures who took part in the process of mihna were some figures of the followers of Abu Hanifa whom, despite lack of information about their other views of itizal, we know that they held the creation of the Quran, and Ahmad b. Abi Du'âd (d.240/854) whose scientific aspect is not ambiguous but Mutazilite identity was clear and seen amongthe followers of Abu Hanifa, and the figures who were seen with their identities of jurists as respectful persons among the followers of Abu Hanifa and were also adopted by Mutazila. In the post-mihna process, it is seen that the figures whose Mutazilite identities were clear and known as Mutazilite mutakallims but also had connection with Hanafite tradition, since they took lessons from the figures known as the followers of Abu Hanifa such as al-Karkhi (d.340/952), took role in the interaction of the followers of Abu Hanifa and Mutazila. In this process, the interaction between two schools also occurred through the figures who were known as faqih but regarded among the Mutazila. Key Words: Hanafism, Mutazila, Hanafite-Mutazilite, Jahmite, Murjite
